Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Zsquare Interiors. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, and provide general terms applicable to enquiries and services offered by Zsquare Interiors ("we", "our" or "us").

By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Specific interior design projects may be governed by separate written proposals, quotations, contracts or service agreements. Where applicable, those project-specific documents will set out the agreed scope and commercial terms.

02

Our Services

Zsquare Interiors provides interior design-related services, which may include design consultation, space planning, interior concepts, material and finish recommendations, design documentation, project coordination and other related services, depending on the project.

The availability, scope and delivery of any service will depend on the specific requirements of the project and the terms mutually agreed upon. Information displayed on our website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of service.

03

Enquiries & Consultations

You may contact us through our website forms, email or other available communication channels to request information or a consultation.

  • Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a client relationship or confirm a project booking.
  • Any consultation, meeting or proposed service is subject to confirmation by our team.
  • Information you provide should be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • Any preliminary discussion, concept or estimate may be subject to further review and a formal written proposal.

We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or proposed engagement where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

04

Project Agreements & Scope of Work

Before a project begins, the agreed services may be documented in a proposal, quotation, contract or other written agreement. This documentation may specify:

  • Project scope, design deliverables and services included.
  • Project timelines, milestones and expected stages.
  • Fees, payment schedules, taxes and any applicable expenses.
  • Client responsibilities, approvals and communication arrangements.
  • Any exclusions, assumptions, revisions or additional services.

Any change to the agreed scope, deliverables or timeline may require written approval and may result in revised fees or schedules. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a signed project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict, subject to applicable law.

05

Fees & Payments

Fees, payment milestones, taxes and any additional charges will be communicated through the relevant proposal, quotation or project agreement.

  • Payments must be made according to the schedule agreed in the project-specific documents.
  • Any additional services, revisions or project expenses may be charged separately where agreed.
  • Applicable taxes, duties or other statutory charges will be handled in accordance with relevant law and the agreed documents.
  • Any late payment consequences, if applicable, will be set out in the relevant project agreement and applied subject to applicable law.

No fee, deposit, refund entitlement or payment obligation should be assumed solely from website content. The applicable terms will be those confirmed in the relevant written agreement.

06

Changes, Revisions & Cancellations

Interior design projects may involve client feedback, design revisions and adjustments as the work progresses. The number of included revisions, approval process and any additional charges will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Requests to change, pause or cancel a project should be communicated to us in writing. Any resulting changes to fees, deliverables, timelines, expenses or refunds will be handled according to the project agreement and applicable law.

We will discuss material changes with the client and, where appropriate, seek written agreement before proceeding with additional work.

07

Client Responsibilities

To support the effective delivery of our services, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate project details, requirements and relevant property information.
  • Share approvals, decisions, feedback and requested documents within mutually agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure that they have the necessary authority to engage us for the property or project concerned.
  • Arrange access to the site and coordinate with relevant parties where required under the project agreement.
  • Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  • Inform us promptly of any significant change in project requirements or circumstances.

Delays in approvals, access, information or other client responsibilities may affect project schedules or deliverables. Any resulting adjustments will be discussed in accordance with the project agreement.
